Tao Group Hospitality in New York is seeking a part-time Busser to assist Floor & Cocktail Servers and reset tables quickly and professionally. You will interact with guests and staff to ensure gracious hospitality and maintain clean, orderly dining areas.

Responsibilities include supporting servers, maintaining station cleanliness, setting tables, and assisting with side-work. Prior hospitality and busser experience preferred, with flexibility for extended shifts and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Anticipate and accommodate the needs of the guests.
• Maintain the general cleanliness and orderliness of the tables.
• Communicates the needs of the guests to Front-of-House and Heart-of-House support staff, servers, managers, and chefs.
• Deliver, fill, and re-fill water, as requested by guests and/or directed by servers.
• Clears and resets tables, and cleans table area, including banquettes, during service.
• Helps ensure guest satisfaction through active participation in service.
• Maintain general cleanliness of stations and the entire venue.
• Complies with Department of Health and company sanitation standards.
• Set tables with proper settings and stock side-stations as prescribed.
• Perform opening/closing side-work and assist with upcoming courses when available.
• Report breakage or damage of equipment or furniture immediately to management.
• Attend and participate in daily pre-service meetings and trainings.
