MasterCorp, Inc. is seeking a Timeshare Supervisor/Inspector to lead cleaning personnel, ensure quality and timeliness, and uphold the company mission and values.

The role involves directing staff, prepping rooms during busy periods, training new hires, inspecting units for cleanliness, reporting maintenance issues, and maintaining safety across sites and offices. Travel is required (rare to frequent based on site needs).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Desire to help others and strong work ethic are important.
• Ability to train others and work irregular hours are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a high standard of excellence among staff.
• Assign duties to housekeeping personnel.
• Prepare rooms for housekeepers during peak periods.
• Inspect units for cleanliness and report vacancies.
• Ensure a safe working environment and timely unit turnover.
• Assist in linen inventories and stock replenishment.
