Northwestern Medicine is seeking a Hospitality Supervisor for full-time day/mid shifts. You will supervise hospitality staff, maintain service quality, and coordinate with Admissions to ensure seamless patient and guest experiences.
Hours vary with emphasis on afternoon shifts; you will manage multiple shift blocks (6:00AM-2:30PM, 9:00AM-5:30PM, 10:00AM-6:30PM, 12:15PM-8:45PM) and support a hospital-wide hospitality program dedicated to patient-first care and a positive workplace.

Hours vary: 6:00AM - 2:30PM, 9:00AM - 5:30PM, 10:00AM - 6:30PM, 12:15PM - 8:45PM but will primarily be the afternoon shifts.

Physical demands required for this role include lift/carry up to 12 pounds and a push/pull force up to 25 pounds
