Overview

We are seeking a polished, client-focused Client Relations Supervisor (Hospitality Supervisor) to support the day-to-day operations of a prominent financial advisory firm located in Philadelphia, PA. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for a hospitality-minded professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-touch service environment and takes pride in delivering white-glove support to both clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Client Experience & Satisfaction

  • Serve as the key point of contact for clients, resolving issues promptly and professionally
  • Build and strengthen client relationships with a service-first approach
  • Conduct satisfaction surveys to identify service improvements and ensure a premium client experience
  • Deliver cost-saving and service enhancement proposals
  • Take full ownership of issue resolution and client outcomes

Operational Oversight

  • Manage daily operations of the client service team with precision and professionalism
  • Ensure service delivery meets all deadlines and compliance standards within a financial advisory setting
  • Implement new best practices in staffing, service design, and technology
  • Keep the site “tour ready”—organized, polished, and client-facing at all times
  • Monitor project timelines and risks, and lead mitigation efforts proactively
  • Generate and analyze weekly operational and performance reports
  • Participate in regular leadership meetings and contribute to strategic planning
Qualifications
  • 2–3+ years of experience in hospitality, event planning, hotel/restaurant management, or other service-driven industries
