Job summary

Hilton is seeking a Utility Steward in Chicago to keep kitchens and dining areas sparkling and to help deliver memorable hospitality for our guests. You’ll clean chinaware, sanitize utensils, monitor stock, and support event setups.

Qualifications

• Hospitality orientation helpful but not required.
• Ability to follow cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Keep serviceware spotless: wash chinaware, silverware and utensils; scrub pots and pans.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure supplies are stocked and organized for seamless service.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness: perform cleaning tasks including mopping and trash removal.
• Support events delivery: set up clean serviceware for banquets and functions.
• Train and mentor team members to strengthen performance and teamwork.
• Comply with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness regulations.
