Grand Hyatt Scottsdale Resort is seeking a Steward or Dishwasher to maintain the cleanliness of hotel china, silverware and cookware while supporting back‑of‑house sanitation. The role requires good communication, the ability to lift and move weights around 30 lbs, and a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of hotel china, silverware and cookware.
• Ensure sanitation in back-of-house areas; remove garbage; clean floors, coolers, freezers and stock areas.
• Support additional projects to ensure quality service.
