Job summary

Cotton Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Travel Hotel Manager for a temporary, on-site assignment in Katy, TX.

The Site Manager will serve as the liaison between the client and site, overseeing guests, operations, and the appearance of facilities. Ideal candidates have hospitality management experience, strong organizational and multitasking skills, and the ability to supervise staff, manage inventory, and coordinate with senior management.

Qualifications

• Hospitality management experience required
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent customer service and soft skills
• Basic understanding of mechanical, carpentry, plumbing and electrical
• Experience in scheduling
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Valid driver’s license
• Able to stand/move and lift up to 50 pounds
• Willing to travel for extended periods
• Flexible schedule to meet operations

Responsibilities

• Inbound and outbound processing of all guests
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for all guests and employees
• Liaison between guests, client, and Cotton senior management
• Address concerns promptly
• Supervise staff and coordinate house services
• Support Site Staff, Project Manager, and Supervisors
• Ensure site appearance meets quality standards
• Manage site tasks and inventory levels
• Manage vendor purchase orders and cost control
• Generate reports for management and client
• Audit property management systems and safety files
• Monitor guest occupancy per site/client requirements
• Work with housekeeping management for cleaning activities
• Supervise site staff
• Maintain safety documentation and promote safety culture
• Ensure compliance with regulations
• Run errands; complete additional tasks
