Job summary

Cotton Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Site Manager to act as the liaison between the client and the site in Katy, TX. You will oversee guest handling, on-site operations, and the appearance and maintenance of facilities in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; associates preferred.
• 2+ years in hospitality or site management preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Inbound and outbound processing of all guests
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for all guests and employees
• Liaison between guests, client, and Cotton senior management
• Promptly address all concerns and issues
• Supervise site staff and work with house services to ensure requirements are met
• Support the Site Staff, Project Manager, and Supervisors
• Responsible for the physical appearance of the site to meet corporate standards
• Monitors and evaluates site supply needs and manages inventory levels
