Job summary

Highgate Hotels is seeking a server to deliver high-quality guest service across our restaurant, lounges, and room service outlets in Honolulu. You will be responsible for taking orders, delivering meals, handling payments, and maintaining a clean dining area.

The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent, flexibility to work extended hours, and the ability to stand for long shifts. Training on our POS system and upselling techniques will be provided to optimize guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required or hotel experience preferred.
• Flexible with long hours.
• Ability to stand for long shifts.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with food and beverage service in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner.
• Be familiar with restaurant, lounge, and room service organization and functions.
• Operate the POS system and handle cashiering duties at closing and shift-end paperwork.
• Maintain clean, stocked tables and service areas; upsell food and beverages.
• Receive and deliver orders and ensure overall guest satisfaction.
