Job summary

Bricktown Brewery in Oklahoma City is hiring a Server to join our team. This full-time role combines fast-paced service with a friendly, welcoming environment where you’ll help guests enjoy made-from-scratch dishes and local brews.

You will take orders, deliver meals, handle payments, and work closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service. Training is provided, with flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a server is a plus but not required.
• Customer-focused, friendly, and professional.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Positive attitude and willingness to support coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Take Accurate Orders: Ensure precision when taking food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system.
• Serve with Care: Deliver food and drinks promptly with attention to presentation and accuracy.
• Provide Outstanding Customer Service: Anticipate guests’ needs, answer questions, resolve issues, and ensure an enjoyable experience.
• Maintain a Clean Environment: Pre-bus and reset tables efficiently, keep dining areas organized, and complete side work.
• Process Payments: Handle transactions smoothly, including cash, credit cards, and other payment methods.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff and teammates to ensure smooth service.
• Uphold Health & Safety Standards: Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe dining environment.
