Job summary

M Crowd Restaurant Group in Round Rock, TX seeks an energetic Server to deliver exceptional dining experiences. You will greet guests, take orders, and coordinate with kitchen and bar to ensure timely service while maintaining high standards of hospitality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Minimum one year experience as a server.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of dining room operations and service procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests, ensuring they feel comfortable and receive attentive, personalized service
• Inform guests of specials, promotions, menu items, ingredients, and menu changes
• Make guest-focused recommendations you genuinely feel your guests will enjoy
• Answer questions about our food, beverages and other restaurant functions and services
• Take food and beverage orders from guests, enter orders in our POS system
• Deliver food and beverages from kitchen and bar to guests in a timely manner
• Conduct age verification for alcoholic service following ABC requirements and Company procedures at all times
• Manage guest liquor consumption effectively and in accordance with ABC requirements and Company procedures
• Monitor and observe guests dining experience. Ensure guests are satisfied with the food and service. Respond promptly and courteously to any requests
• Perform side work at the start and end of each shift as required by service station assignment
• Maintain clean service areas
• Prepare final bill, present check to guests, accept payment, process credit card charges or make change
• Be ready and willing to assist fellow servers as situations arise
• Be ready and willing to assist busser with clearing and resetting tables
• Thank guests for their visit and invite them to return
• Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant as directed by the restaurant manager or director
