PF Changs China Bistro is seeking restaurant servers, waitstaff, and related roles to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a dine-in environment. You will demonstrate customer service expertise and contribute to a scratch kitchen team.

Responsibilities include guiding guests through their dining experience, answering questions about the menu, taking and serving orders, and processing payments while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Excellent customer service and etiquette.
• Ability to follow sanitation and safety procedures.
• Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages.

Responsabilités

• Delivers hospitality experience by anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests’ expectations.
• Engages guests about menu items and answers questions.
• Guides guests through dining experience, takes and serves orders, and processes payments.
• Understands seating layout and server area assignments to deliver food efficiently.
