P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is hiring immediate for dine-in food and beverage servers to join our team in West Hartford, CT.

We welcome both full-time and part-time hourly positions. No prior experience required—training provided—and you will play a key role in delivering friendly, guest-centered service. We offer pay at $6.38 per hour plus tips, with benefits including paid on-the-job training, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Delivers amazing hospitality experience to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests' expectations.
• Understands the restaurant menu to engage guests on choosing menu items and able to answer guest's questions.
• Guides guests through their dining experience while taking, placing, and serving food and beverage orders, as well as processing payments.
• Understands restaurant seating layout, how tables are divided into server areas, and how to deliver food within the restaurant.
