Job summary

Out West Restaurant Group is seeking enthusiastic team members to join the Outback family in National City, California. As an Outbacker, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing food according to the restaurant's standards, and supporting your teammates in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates will be at least 18 years old, capable of lifting up to 30 lbs, and possess good knowledge of food safety and service standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old to sell alcohol.
• Ability to lift, carry or move up to 30 lbs.
• Able to work in hot and cold environments.
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods, up to 8 hours.
• Responsible Beverage Service Certifications required for California positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and attentive service to customers.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of the menu and upsell drinks/food.
• Prepare food and condiments to Outback standards.
• Ensure accurate guest orders and bussed tables.
• Maintain high standards in food safety and cleanliness.
