Job summary

P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is hiring dine-in food and beverage Servers, Waitresses or Waiters who will be core team members delivering guest-focused service in a fast-paced setting.

No prior experience is required—we provide on-the-job training, and you must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages. A Food Handler’s Card is required where applicable, or we will help you obtain one. We offer full-time or part-time hourly roles with flexible scheduling and opportunities for

Qualifications

• Previous experience is not required – we will train you!
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures.
• Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages.
• Have a current Food Handler’s Card where applicable, or we will help you obtain.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-work environment.

Responsibilities

• Delivers amazing hospitality experience to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests’ expectations.
• Understands the restaurant menu to engage guests on choosing menu items and able to answer guest’s questions.
• Guides guests through their dining experience while taking, placing, and serving food and beverage orders, as well as processing payments.
• Understands restaurant seating layout, how tables are divided into server areas, and how to deliver food within the restaurant.
