Job summary

IHOP Restaurants LLC is seeking a friendly server to greet and serve guests in a quick, courteous manner. You will maintain a clean, stocked dining area and follow cash handling procedures while delivering consistent hospitality.

Qualifications

• Experience in the Casual Restaurant industry preferred (minimum 1 year).
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Current alcohol and food certification that meets state requirements preferred.
• Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to withstand the physical demands of a restaurant environment.
