The Ryder in Charleston seeks a Server for Little Palm to deliver warm, attentive service in a boutique setting. You will engage guests, communicate special requests, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities include taking orders, recommending menu items, coordinating with kitchen timing, and building memorable guest experiences while upholding Makeready standards and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Record guests’ orders; have a keen eye for detail for allergens, special requests and noted information
• Through understanding and knowledge of food and beverage menu options; able to adeptly make recommendations to guests
• Understanding of Kitchen timing; ability to stay organized and deliver food and beverages in a timely manner
• Ability to create meaningful relationships with guests
• Good organizational skills
• Ability to carry food and drink trays
