• Previous experience as a server in a fast-paced dining environment.
• Strong knowledge of menu items, ingredients and preparation methods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in order taking and payment processing.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food handler's certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service and personalized attention to guests in our bustling Main Dining Room
• Demonstrate a friendly and energetic demeanor to create a welcoming atmosphere
• Take accurate orders, offer menu recommendations, and ensure prompt and efficient service
• Collaborate closely with the kitchen team to ensure accurate and timely food delivery
• Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive service throughout their dining experience
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including table setup and resetting
• Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and resolve any concerns with a positive attitude
• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth operations and exceed guest expectations
