Qualifications

• Valid food handler card (or ability to obtain within required timeframe).
• Previous serving or customer service experience preferred
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Serve with Care – Take and deliver food and beverage orders promptly and accurately.
• Be the Friendly Face – Greet residents and guests warmly, provide menu guidance, and make thoughtful recommendations.
• Anticipate Needs – Watch for opportunities to assist, refill drinks, and make the dining experience smooth and enjoyable.
• Keep It Clean & Organized – Set tables, clear plates, and maintain tidy service areas.
• Follow Standards – Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and hospitality protocols.
• Support Special Moments – Assist with events, themed dinners, and celebrations that bring the community together.
• Champion the Experience – Monitor resident satisfaction and share feedback with leadership to continuously improve.
