Job summary

Loews Atlanta Hotel is seeking a Restaurant Server Assistant to support efficient service by maintaining clean, organized dining spaces and assisting servers throughout the guest experience. This role contributes to a welcoming environment where guests feel cared for from start to finish.

You will help buss tables, run food, refill beverages, and contribute to a welcoming environment where guests feel cared for from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and carry heavy trays, dishes, and supplies.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in busy environment.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clear and clean tables quickly and thoroughly.
• Reset tables with clean linens, utensils, glassware, and menus.
• Support servers by delivering food, beverages, condiments, and guest requests.
• Refill water and beverages as needed to enhance service flow.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, floors, service stations, and tray stands.
• Remove trash and keep waste areas tidy and sanitary.
• Respond to spills promptly to ensure guest and staff safety.
• Stock service areas with silverware, glassware, napkins, and condiments.
• Assist with restocking items needed during service.
• Help prepare dining areas for the next shift or meal period.
• Provide courteous assistance to guests when approached.
• Demonstrate regular and reliable attendance.
• Work varying schedules to reflect business needs, including weekends and holidays.
• Attend all mandatory training sessions and meetings.
• Perform other duties assigned
