Responsibilities

• Ensure all tables are clean and properly set; assist Food Runner as needed.
• Communicate with servers; assist with table maintenance, clearing, marking, and beverage delivery.
• Anticipate guest needs and maintain exemplary hospitality with professionalism.
• Learn to operate the Host Stand.
• Know menu items, contents, prep methods, and garnishes; answer guest questions.
