White Lodging is seeking a full-time server professional to greet guests, manage reservations, and seat guests to deliver an exceptional dining experience. You will learn menu details, handle payments, and maintain a clean, welcoming entry.

The role emphasizes teamwork, a polished appearance, and a positive attitude in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Candidates should be able to stand for long periods, work weekends and holidays as needed, and contribute to a safe, courteous workplace

Qualifications

• Must have strong verbal communication and guest interaction skills.
• Experience providing high-quality guest service in a fast-paced setting is preferred.
• Ability to learn menu items and process payments accurately.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a warm and professional manner and ensure guest satisfaction with their dining experience.
• Effectively assign servers to sections, manage reservations, and assign guests to tables.
• Maintain the restaurant entryway and complete all necessary side work and cleaning tasks.
• Promote teamwork and contribute to a friendly and safe work environment.
• Be an ambassador of our establishment by maintaining a neat and professional personal appearance.
• Be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes; accurately answer any guest questions.
• Process all payment methods.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
