Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Security Officer for one of our United States properties. You will ensure safety and security for guests and colleagues, perform proactive patrols, and respond to emergencies with professionalism and care.

Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset are essential. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, security experience, and flexibility to work nights and weekends.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2 years security or police experience preferred, hotel environment advantageous.
• 2 years college in safety, security, or hospitality preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills are essential.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is needed.
• First Aid/CPR certification preferred.

Aufgaben

• Carry out safety policies and procedures and maintain professionalism and teamwork.
• Reduce opportunities for crime through patrol and high-visibility security.
• Promote a safe, welcoming environment for guests and employees.
• Respond to emergencies and assist in medical situations as needed.
• Prepare and file daily activity and incident reports and assist with security programs.
