Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; related hotel experience preferred.
• 2–3 years progressive hotel-related experience preferred.
• College coursework in business or hospitality preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred or required by hotel location/clientele.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and clerical support to the Sales department.
• Assist with internal communications and respond to client inquiries.
• Prepare promotional materials and coordinate meeting planning.
• Execute administrative and guest-facing tasks to support guest experience.
