Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and manage the Sales, Catering, and Conference Services teams.
• Achieve or exceed budgeted revenues, RevPAR, and market penetration goals.
• Develop and execute sales strategies, action plans, and team goals.
• Oversee professional and timely proposals, contracts, and follow-up.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management on pricing, forecasting, and business mix strategies.
• Monitor team productivity and market conditions; prepare monthly sales reports.
