Hampton Inn and Suites Downtown Roanoke is seeking a proactive, energetic Sales Coordinator to support the property’s sales activities and create exceptional customer experiences. You will greet visitors, handle inquiries, process leads, reservations, and billing questions while maintaining files.

The role requires hotel and sales experience as a plus, excellent verbal and written communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Hotel and sales experience is a plus.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment where priorities are constantly changing.

Responsabilités

• Greet visitors, answer calls, process lead information, reservations, billing inquiries, and maintain files.
• Interact with group and business travel customers to qualify potential customers.
• Communicate with group customers about room block status, entering rooming lists, monitoring pickup, and managing changes.
• Assist with RFP responses, proposals, contracts, BEOs, and meeting arrangements.
• Support Director of Sales with reservation requests and group master account creation.
• Manage group files and ensure signed agreements are uploaded for all bookings.
• Maintain inventory and create printed/electronic collateral (coupons, flyers, marketing pieces).
• Participate in Sales Department meetings and collaboration meetings with department heads and front desk staff.
• Serve as the point of contact for meeting room setup and assist with catering and breakfast requests.
