Hospitality America, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor for the Hampton Inn & Suites Downtown Roanoke. You will lead the housekeeping team to maintain the highest cleanliness standards for guest rooms and public areas, ensuring an inviting environment for guests.

You will plan schedules, train staff, and empower team members to deliver outstanding service in a fast-paced setting. This role offers a competitive salary and opportunities for growth within our hospitality

• Helps to lead the charge in transforming our guest rooms into inviting accommodations ensuring impeccable cleanliness and attention to detail.
• Empowers hotel staff to deliver great guest service.
• Ensures cleanliness standards are met and exceeded for both guest rooms and public areas.
• Assists in Planning work schedules and room assignments with minimum disruption to guests.
• Emphasizes training and development to empower employees to provide excellent guest service.
• Communicates openly with staff to handle their concerns, provides them guidance.
