Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality is seeking a Sales Coordinator in Los Angeles to support the sales team with administrative tasks, client communications, and event coordination.

You’ll work closely with Directors of Sales, Sales Managers, and the Catering Manager to ensure seamless guest experiences and smooth sales operations. A fast-paced, organized person with people skills will thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in business, hospitality, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in a hotel sales or administrative role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Filing and managing sales files, contracts, and client communications with flawless records and accurate data entry.
• Bridge internal teams and clients, ensuring alignment and quick solutions.
• Greet clients and team members professionally and coordinate small group sales and meetings to be memorable.
• Maintain consistent coverage for hotel needs, including regular shifts, weekends, or holidays.
• Assist in achieving department goals and sales milestones.
