Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales support or coordinator role in hospitality.
• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team in executing sales strategies and initiatives to achieve business goals.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events for the sales department.
• Maintain and update client databases and sales records with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Prepare sales reports, presentations, and proposals as required by the sales team.
• Communicate effectively with clients, addressing inquiries and providing excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless execution of events and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor and manage inventory of sales materials and promotional items.
• Support the sales team in organizing and attending trade shows, conferences, and networking events.
• Handle administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and correspondence related to sales activities.
• Contribute to a positive team environment by participating in team meetings and sharing insights for process improvement.
