Job summary

SPIRE Hospitality is seeking a Sales Coordinator at our Bloominton, MN hotel to support Sales and Catering managers and ensure seamless hotel sales operations. You will assist with bookings, room blocks, and guest-related communications.

The role requires high school diploma and familiarity with MS Outlook/Word/Excel; hotel PMS experience is a plus. The position offers full-time hours, driving duties, and opportunities to grow within a hospitality-focused team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or its equivalent.
• Previous administrative assistance experience in hotels or other offices preferred.
• Confident utilizing MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Deliver best-in-class service to guests and support the Sales & Catering team.
• Process and distribute information to relevant departments.
• Maintain filing systems, log account information, and handle correspondence to support hotel operations.
• Assist front desk as needed.
• Generate reports and manage group room blocks and related communications.
• Coordinate remittance for group pickup and posting of loyalty points.
