Job summary

Nemacolin Woodlands, Inc. seeks a Market at Wisteria Associate to deliver exceptional guest service across merchandising, cashiering, barista service, and grab-and-go offerings. You will support inventory, pricing accuracy, and a clean, organized retail environment throughout shifts.

Roles involve operating POS technology, handling cash, maintaining food safety standards, and collaborating with team members to adapt to daily guest needs and business priorities.

Qualifications

• ServSafe Food Handler certification or the ability to obtain certification within 30 days of hire.
• Pennsylvania RAMP Server/Seller Certification or the ability to obtain certification within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to work in all areas of the store as business needs require.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and share responsibilities.
• Ability to operate point-of-sale and other workplace technology systems.
• Ability to communicate effectively in a guest-facing environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to perform the physical requirements necessary to fulfill the essential functions.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, genuine service to guests across store areas including cashiering, barista service, merchandising, and grab-and-go offerings.
• Maintain an organized, fully stocked, visually appealing retail environment with accurate pricing.
• Receive deliveries, verify orders, monitor inventory, and keep back-stock clean and orderly.
• Operate the POS system accurately, handle cash properly, and follow cash-control procedures.
• Follow food safety, alcohol service, sanitation, and operational protocols to ensure safe service.
• Prepare and restock beverages, juices, and grab-and-go items with quality standards.
• Execute opening/closing, cleaning, and operational checklists to support daily store success.
• Collaborate with teammates and adapt to changing needs to support guest service.
