The Rail Trail Flatbread Co. is seeking a Hospitality Restaurant Manager to lead guest experiences across our vibrant setting.

You will coach a dynamic team, ensure unforgettable service, and uphold our high hospitality standards in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Responsibilities include mentoring hourly staff, boosting sales while maintaining quality, cultivating a positive service culture, and driving genuine culinary-driven excellence with top-notch teamwork and guest-focused

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of restaurant management or hospitality experience.
• Hands-on experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Proven ability to mentor and train hourly team members.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to resolve conflicts.
• Dynamic presence and engagement with guests and staff; must be 21 or older.

Requirements:
