Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, structural engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years of progressive project management experience in hospitality renovation.
• Experience managing deadlines and multiple work streams.
• Proficiency with blueprints and Bluebeam/CAD software; MS Office.
• Strong adherence to deadlines and financial parameters.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inspections of projects with photo records and written logs.
• Meet deadlines and project scope requirements.
• Coordinate with outside 3rd party consultants for fair bids and documented communication.
• Prepare meeting minutes and distribute to team and Owner staff.
• Manage subcontractor bid processes (proposals, bids, meetings).
• Foster effective communication with occupant organizations, facilities, IT, service providers, and leadership.
• Coordinate with hotel staff to ensure timely project operations.
• Maintain complete project records and closeout documentation.
