Job summary

DO & CO AG in Des Plaines, IL is seeking a Dual Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding, with monthly travel to Miami to support recruiting efforts. You will build a diverse talent pipeline, partner with hiring managers, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2-3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience in high-volume recruiting, hospitality or manufacturing preferred.
• Proficient with ATS/HRIS; Dayforce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to interview.
• Forward qualified applicants to hiring managers and follow up.
• Post open requisitions internally, externally, and on job sites.
• Assist with onboarding and training to ensure smooth integration.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline through partnerships and referrals.
• Educate hiring managers on recruitment processes and interviewing best practices.
• Collaborate with partners to support DO & CO goals.
• Attend recruitment events and college/job fairs as needed.
• Administer pre-employment checks (I-9, background, drug testing).
• Extend job offers and close requisitions in the ATS.
• Drive inclusion by building diverse candidate pools.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience.
