Job summary

HVS Hospitality Consulting & Valuation invites a talented junior Hotel Real Estate Appraiser Associate to join our Orlando, FL team. The role starts with structured training in Tampa/St. Petersburg and moves to Orlando after promotion, with a clear path and relocation support.

A bachelor’s degree and hotel-industry exposure are preferred for this hands-on, data-driven position. You will analyze hotel data, build Excel models, and craft credible reports for clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least six months of hotel industry-related experience preferred.
• Strong with data and capable writer.

Responsibilities

• Compile, clean, and analyze comparable sales and lodging performance data.
• Build Excel models including forecasts and pro formas.
• Draft and refine market and property descriptions for reports.
• Research markets, demographics, and lodging trends to verify facts.
• Support USPAP-compliant appraisals and feasibility studies from kickoff to delivery.
• Carry out fieldwork and property inspections as directed.
