Job summary

Qualifications

Experience handling a wide variety of complex commercial real estate transactions from start to finish.
Drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, leases, development agreements and related documents.
Diligence review including title, survey, zoning, existing leases and environmental matters.
Diligence and drafting in connection with mergers and acquisitions.
Strong written and oral communication with clients, title companies and opposing counsel.
Able to manage a fast-paced workload with priorities and accountability.
Collaborative team player with professional standards.
Admitted to practice law in the State of Florida.
