Responsibilities

• Analyze hotel operating statements, historical financials, budgets and forecasts to evaluate performance and opportunities.
• Build and maintain Excel financial models for revenue, expenses, cash flow, and returns.
• Research hospitality markets, comps, and trends to support underwriting and pricing.
• Assist in preparing broker opinions of value, offering memorandums, and investment presentations.
• Collaborate with senior professionals to monitor milestones and deliverables.
