Working alongside experienced industry professionals, you'll develop practical skills in hotel underwriting, market research, valuation, and investment analysis while contributing to meaningful client assignments.
Previous internship or professional experience in commercial real estate, hospitality, finance, investment analysis, or a related field is a plus. Familiarity with hotel operating metrics, valuation concepts, financial modeling, or hospitality industry research and data platforms is also preferred.
