Qualifications

• Strong customer service and hospitality skills.
• Knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and daily specials.
• Proficiency in basic math, cash handling and POS transactions.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented and willing to assist coworkers.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests with attentive, personalized service.
• Inform guests of specials, menu items, ingredients, and changes.
• Take orders and input them into the POS system.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly.
• Conduct age verification for alcoholic service per ABC rules and company procedures.
• Monitor guest dining experience and ensure satisfaction with food and service.
• Assist fellow servers and bussers as needed.
• Prepare final bill and process payments.
