M Crowd Restaurant Group is seeking a Server to deliver outstanding hospitality and friendly, attentive service at Mi Cocina Lakewood in Dallas, TX. You will guide guests through the menu, upsell specials, and ensure a memorable dining experience.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of serving experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. 18+ and work authorization in the U.S. are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum one year experience as a server.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests, ensuring they feel comfortable and receive attentive, personalized service.
• Inform guests of specials, menu items, ingredients, and menu changes.
• Make guest focused recommendations you genuinely feel your guests will enjoy.
• Answer questions about our food, beverages and other restaurant functions and services.
• Take food and beverage orders from guests, enter orders in our point of sale system.
• Deliver food and beverages from kitchen and bar to guests in a timely manner.
• Monitor and observe guests dining experience. Ensure guests are satisfied with the food and service.
• Be ready and willing to assist fellow servers as situations arise.
• Be ready and willing to assist busser with clearing and resetting tables.
