Job summary

SA Hospitality Group is seeking a dedicated kitchen steward/dishwasher to support our New York operations. You will retrieve, polish and stock silverware, china, and glassware, while maintaining clean kitchen areas and proper sanitation throughout service hours.

The role requires teamwork, basic food handling and the ability to communicate in English. Candidates should be able to lift up to 20 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Very basic food handling, preparation, and cleaning skills are welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve clean silverware, china and glassware from washing areas and polish.
• Polish all silverware, china and glassware for service.
• Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in clean and orderly condition.
• Store delivered items into designated areas assigned by management.
• Sweep and scrub floors in the kitchen area of responsibility.
