Job summary

Omni Viking Lakes Hotel seeks an Omni Care Intern to learn various aspects of the hotel business. This "utility player" will rotate through departments based on needs. College seniors in the Omni Care Internship program may join the Leader in Development program based on performance.

Salary starts at $16.00/hour. Benefits include spa/restaurant discounts, Omni property discounts, and education opportunities. Internship supports hands-on training through summer season.

Qualifications

• Entry-level, rotating through front office, housekeeping, F&B, and events.
• Must be able to walk, sit, stand and move for extended periods.
• Strong guest service and communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Rotate between departments based on business needs.
• Attend internship training and enrichment seminars.
• Support guest services and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Assist with events and daily operations as assigned.
