Job summary

Willow Creek Community Church is seeking a Hospitality Operations Manager who loves building systems, organizing people and tasks, and turning vision into reality. You’ll provide the operational backbone for Hospitality & Events across all Willow campuses, coordinating weekend experiences, holiday environments, and ministry systems to support a warm, welcoming, and Christ-centered guest experience.

• Manage ministry data, workflows, and hospitality processes through Rock and other platforms.
• Equip volunteers and staff with the resources they need to serve effectively.

In this role, you'll provide the operational backbone for Hospitality & Events across all Willow campuses. From coordinating weekend experiences and holiday environments to managing ministry systems and supporting our staff teams, you'll ensure every detail supports a warm, welcoming, and Christ-centered experience for every guest.

What You'll Do

What We Offer

The salary range for this position is $55,000-$63,000, depending on experience and education.
