Job summary

The High Companies is seeking an Assistant General Manager for the Courtyard by Marriott in Ewing, NJ. You will oversee front desk and food & beverage operations to ensure the highest standards of service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.

The role requires leadership with at least 3 years in hotel operations and flexibility to work varied shifts; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. This is a full-time, on-site position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of hotel operations experience required.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a hotel environment required.
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred; High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Assists in selection, training and development of front desk staff and related roles.
• Oversees front desk, breakfast/pantry and night audit operations to ensure smooth service.
• Maintains high guest satisfaction by upholding standards for service, cleanliness and quality.
• Manages inventory and ordering for Market at Marriott properties and suites at Hilton properties.
• Coaches and develops team members; ensures proper scheduling and coverage.
