Landing, Inc. is seeking a Field Operations Manager in Miami to own a segment of properties from booking to checkout. You will coordinate member experience, partnerships, housekeeping, and maintenance, ensuring high-quality units and a seamless guest journey.
The role requires 2+ years in hospitality operations with autonomous decision-making, and the ability to manage multiple urgent tasks with composure. Expect a fast-paced, growth-focused environment with shifting priorities.
Since 2019, Landing has built the largest flexible living network in the U.S.: thousands of fully furnished apartments in 35+ markets, with no security deposits. Our work happens on the ground, priorities shift fast, and no two days look the same.
Miami is one of our fastest-growing markets, and we’re growing the team to keep up. Reporting to the Hub Manager, you’ll own a segment of Miami properties from end to end: member experience, property partnerships, housekeeping vendors, maintenance and unit quality.
If you’ve worked in a hotel, a short-term rental portfolio or another high-volume hospitality operation, the work will feel familiar. The difference is scope. You won’t run one property. You’ll run a whole market segment and help build the playbook along the way.
Core hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm ET. Because the role is guest-facing, you’ll sometimes need to be available on evenings, weekends and holidays, especially around month-end and other high-volume check-in periods.
Landing is an equal opportunity employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy, sexual orientation, gender identity, and related conditions), national origin, age, disability, genetic information, military service or obligation, or any other status protected by applicable federal, state, or local law.
