• Experience in luxury hospitality and guest experience, private clubs, fine dining, private aviation, family offices, or workplace experience is particularly valued.
• Strong organizational and operational skills, with experience managing vendors, budgets, and events.
• A proactive and detail-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall office and guest experience, ensuring a consistently polished and welcoming environment
• Manage day-to-day office operations, supplies, facilities, vendors, and service providers
• Own office budget management, including expense tracking, spend management, and vendor cost control, in partnership with Finance
• Anticipate office needs and resolve issues proactively
• Plan and execute employee events and office gatherings from start to finish
• Manage relationships with building management and external service providers
