Qualifications

• Current student or recent graduate studying hospitality management.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong desire to learn.
• Able to work in a team environment, as well as independently.
• Demonstrate success with multi-tasking and organizing multiple priorities.
• Self-motivated and has initiative to complete tasks in a timely fashion.
• Available 40 hours per week, including nights, weekends, and game days.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to coaches, teams and families with questions regarding hospitality and concierge services.
• Understand and organize offerings, create swag bags and review team information to ensure a smooth check in process.
• Greet guests with professionalism during their check in process.
• Diffuse and assist in resolving any guest relations issues that arise.
• Utilize excellent telephone etiquette and customer service skills to promote, inform, and sell offerings to coaches, teams and families
• Other projects as assigned.
