Ballparks of America and Sho-Me Baseball seek a Merchandising Intern to learn all facets of retail, display, and inventory management at Branson West, MO. You will work closely with the Retail Director to create engaging product presentations and analyze sales data.

The internship offers hands-on experience in merchandising strategies, customer interaction, and trend research, with opportunities to propose new products.

Qualificações

• Current student or recent graduate in Fashion, Merchandising or related degree.
• Understanding of fashion trends.
• Enjoys finding creative solutions to problems.
• Available 40 hours per week, including nights and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Create an outstanding customer experience
• Help track merchandise inventory and reorder levels
• Research on latest industry trends
• Help execute consumer products business plan and monitor overall retail performance
• Work with the management team to interpret data including tracking merchandise sales and performance within the retail store and online
• Helping brainstorm new products and merchandise strategies
