Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or bachelor’s degree in hotel and restaurant management.
• 10 years of experience in the hotel, restaurant, food service, catering or event planning industry.
• 5 years of management experience in the hotel, restaurant, food service, catering or event planning industry.
• ServSafe Food Safety Certification

Responsibilities

• Primary responsibility of instruction for adjunct faculty.
• Support integrity of curricula and promote the division and College mission.
• Teach courses in Hospitality Management, including Introduction to Hospitality Industry, Restaurant Management, and Hotel Management.
