Responsibilities include general upkeep, make-ready tasks, minor repairs, landscape maintenance, and reporting system deficiencies. A positive, team-focused attitude and basic handyman skills are required.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently or with others as needed.
• Basic handyman skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform general facility maintenance under supervision to preserve quality.
• Address service requests and repairs (painting, appliance repair, minor electrical, carpentry).
• Maintain make-ready units and repair/general fixtures (doors, windows, walls, flooring, ceilings).
• Landscape cleanup and trash removal; inspect building systems and report deficiencies.
• Follow the company safety programs.
